If you do not have the current Help file in .chm format, it is available for download from the Documentation area in the Partner Zone on the PROIV website.

Copy the ProIV_Documentation.chm to ...\Program Files\NorthgateArinso\PROIV Version 8\Client folder and the new file will be opened by PROIV Client.
