208 TOO MANY SCRATCH VARIABLES IN GLOBAL LOGIC

Cause:         There are too many Scratch Variables in a Global Logic. Note that the limit is 200 and an array variable counts as one variable.        

Action:         Reduce the number of Scratch Variables in the Global Logic.
