013     UNDEFINED VALUE VARIABLE - variable-name

Cause:             The function contains an undefined value variable.

Action:            Define the value variable using value variable definition function SLVDICTS.  If the value variable is a company value variable (first character is %), define one value for each CO/DIV code, and a default value for the company value variable (with first character &).
