The name of the File Definition that you want to create.

If set to ‘Y’, the physical file is created. Any other value  performs file checking, but does not create the file.

If set to ‘Y’ the file check/create routines may display message boxes during the process. Any other value suppresses messages.

This returns an error message if there is an error that aborts the whole process (e.g. File Definition name does not exist).
