Setting up PROIV to populate the Lexicon with Base Language Strings

This utility enables you to determine which users can populate the Lexicon with base language strings, and whether user messages display when new strings and meanings are added. This is to control the adding of new strings after an application has been made multilingual, because these strings will need to be translated into all the languages being supported.

1. Open the Developer menu and click Admin.
   The Project Administration window appears.

2. Click Projects tab and then click Project Details.

3. Select the ML tab.
   A list of existing users appears.

4. Select the relevant user and set the Y or N flag against the following icons to determine what the user can do.
