Cause: The PROIV VM has requested additional memory from the underlying operating system and the request has been refused.
This can be caused by:
Quotas for the PROIV process being set too low.
Excessive use of memory files.
The operating system being incorrectly configured, i.e. lack of virtual memory.
Operating system architectural limits on process size.
Action: Check quotas, use of memory files. Use system tools to check that the process size is reasonable. Consult with PROIV Support
