PROIV Documentation

The PROIV Online Documentation is the main repository of PROIV information and it is the first place to look for help with questions or problems. New versions accompany each maintenance release and include details of new and enhanced functionality.

The 'New Topics in This PROIV Help Release' (Topic ID 010052) outlines the new and updated topics. A full report can be obtained from PROIV Support in PDF format.

The PROIV Online Documentation is deployed in several ways. It is distributed as part of the PROIV Client installation and with the full Windows installers in CHM format. Once the Client has been installed, the Help file is accessed from the Windows Start Menu or by clicking Help > Contents in the PROIV Client menu. It is also released in a HTML format within the PROIV Control Panel and accessible by clicking the Help button. Furthermore, Aurora has a set of context-sensitive pages accessed via the Infobar panel and the full PROIV Online Documentation is available via the Help menu option.

The latest versions of the PROIV Online Documentation are also available to browse on this site. These versions can contain updates made between PROIV releases.

The latest CHM version, and all previous releases, can be freely downloaded from the Product Downloads page. Click on the Documentation tab and select 'Downloadable PROIV Online Documentation'. Some V6 versions are available in PDF format.

You can also get help from our Forums at http://forum.proiv.com, an area dedicated to all things PROIV. As well as being the home to our FAQs and Knowledge Base, you can also make contact with us and other PROIV users. Registration is free to all users.
